Palometa Pompano Trachinotus goodei

The Palometa or Palometa Pompano, also called Gafftopsail, is a fast silver fish with thin black bars and long black fins. It is native to the western Atlantic Ocean. It can grow to 50cm long and has several other vernacular names.
