Okinawa Goby
The Yellow Coral Goby, also called the Okinawa Goby, is native to coral reefs of the western Pacific. They live in small groups among branches of, mainly acropora, coral and grow to 3.5cm long. To deter predators, they produce a toxic mucus on their body. They are born female and the largest can change to male if there is no male; conversely, the smallest male can revert to female if required.
