Prawn Gobies share burrows with species of prawn or shrimp, the goby being the sentry providing warning and protection and receiving use of a burrow dug by the poor-sighted crustacean in return. The Spotted Prawn Goby, also called Orange-spotted Shrimp Goby, is native to shallow reefs of the western Pacific.
