Harlequin Bass Serranus tigrinus

The Harlequin Bass is related to the large Bass and Grouper fish as well as to the small and colourful Fairy Basslets. It is in the same genus as the Combers and is native to reefs of the western Atlantic. It is mainly solitary and eats crustaceans and smaller fish.
