The Humpback Grouper, also called the Barramundi Cod, has a distinctive appearance with its black spots on white colouring
and humpbacked shape. It is native to the Indian and western Pacific Oceans, including the Great Barrier Reef. It grows to some 70cm long
and is solitary and territorial. Diet is other fish and crustaceans. All Humpbacks are born female and the largest, most dominant may become male later in life.
