Blacktail Comber
The Blacktail Comber is one of the Bass and Grouper fish. It is native to the northeastern Atlantic, from Spain to West Africa and including the western Mediterranean and the Azores. It can reach some 40cm long. As well as the white-striped sides on brown, the fish has a dark tail spotted with white, not visible in the above images.
