Sixbar Angelfish Pomacanthus sexstriatus

The Sixbar Angelfish, also called the Six Banded, is native to coasts, lagoons and reefs of the Indo-Pacific from India/Sri Lanka to southern Japan/Australia. They grow to 46cm long and adults live singly or in pairs. Juveniles look totally different from the adults, being blue-black with many white stripes.
