Two large butterflies share the common name Golden Birdwing Butterfly, T. rhadamantus and the similar
T. aeacus. The former (shown) is native to the Philippines and the latter to other parts of South and Southeast Asia.
The Common Birdwing, T. helena, also looks a little similar. Although they don't have tails they are part of the Swallowtail family.
Wingspan is some 4-8 inches (10-20 cm).
