American Bald Eagle Juvenile Haliaeetus leucocephalus
The adult Bald Eagle has a white head and dark brown body plumage. It isn't bald.
The juvenile Bald Eagle doesn't yet have the white head and has white-speckled with light and dark brown body plumage.
The chest goes dark brown and the throat turns white first.
