White-headed Pionus Parrot Pionus (tumultuosus) seniloides

The White-headed Pionus is also called Speckle-faced Pionus (together with the Plum-crowned Pionus, P. tumultuosus, of which it used to be considered a subspecies).

It is native to Andean mountain forests of Colombia, Ecuador and Peru.

It can sometimes look more black-headed than white and can often show its resemblance to the Plum-crowned.
