The Yellow-streaked Lory native to Indonesia and Papua New Guinea has a bright red brow and
yellow/light-tan streaks on neck and chest.
Some sources show the scientific name as C. sintillata
and some as C. scintillata.
There are three sub-species: the nominate Yellow-streaked shown above and in the top two lines,
the Green-streaked . . .
and the Carmine-fronted, (C.s. rubrifrons)
native to Indonesia's Aru Islands and shown in the row above - the first image showing a juvenile without the red brow.
