The Vulturine Guinea Fowl, like all Guinea Fowl, are native to Africa.
Although their unfeathered head gives them the name Vulturine, other Guinea Fowl species also have unfeathered heads.
The body plumage is dark with an intricate pattern of pearls and mesh, similar to their well-known Helmeted cousins,
but they have a short brown hairstyle and beautiful blue upper body streaks.
The combination of stuck out neck feathers, large beak and bald head is vulture-like.
They enjoy window shopping.
