White-bellied Bustard Eupodotis senegalensis

A smallish bustard, despite its Latin name, the White-bellied Bustard (also called the Senegal Bustard) is native to several pockets of West, central, East and southern Africa, not only Senegal.

The male, above, has a black cap and the female a grey one; both have grey necks and white undersides.
