Ashy-headed Goose Chloephaga poliocephala

The Ashy-headed Goose is a shelduck (sheldgoose) that lives in the far south of Argentina and Chile. Unlike the related Magellan/Upland Goose (also a shelduck) and the slightly similar Cape Shelduck, male and female of this species have similar plumage.
