Bar-shouldered Dove Geopelia humeralis

The Bar-shouldered Dove is native to northern and eastern Australia and to southern New Guinea. It has scalloped feathers and looks similar to is compatriot the Peaceful Dove, but has copper-coloured feathers on the back of its neck round to its "shoulders", a blue-grey head and front of neck/chest and a pink belly with a "bar" of visible pink extending to the "shoulder".
