Spotted Palm Thrush Cichladusa guttata

The Spotted Palm Thrush, also called the Spotted Morning Thrush from it habit of singing first thing at dawn or even by moonlight, is native to East Africa.

A small thrush, male and female have similar plumage with that of the male being a little brighter and redder.

There are 3 subspecies.
