Black-headed Sibia Heterophasia desgodinsi /(Malacias desgodinsi)

The confusingly-named Black-headed Sibia, since several of the Sibias such as the Rufous Sibia have black heads, is native to Southeast Asia. Sibias are related to Laughing Thrushes.
