The White-throated Laughing Thrush (also spelled Laughingthrush) is native to the Himalayas, southern Tibet, central and south-western China and Taiwan.
It looks a little like a (White-throated/European) Dipper with white confined to the throat and a brown chest.

Pterorhinus in 2018 by some authorities.
