White-winged Grosbeak Mycerobas carnipes

The White-winged Grosbeak is a heavy-billed finch native to Central Asia and including parts of India, Iran, Russia and China.

It is resident, non-migratory. The male is darker with a stronger-coloured yellow belly; the female is greyer with muted markings.
