Mongolian Finch Bucanetes mongolicus

The Mongolian Finch, also called Mongolian Trumpeter Finch, is native from eastern Turkey through Central Asia/Himalayas/southern Russia to Mongolia and China. These were in southern Kazakhstan. Related to the Desert Finch, they also have patches of pink in their plumage.
