The Black-headed Greenfinch is native to northeast India and Indochina.
It is closely related to the European Greenfinch. The 5 species of Greenfinch were recently moved from genus
Carduelis to Chloris.
The Grey-capped Greenfinch, also called the Oriental Greenfinch, is native to Central and eastern Asia.
It is also closely related to the European Greenfinch. There are 5 subspecies over its range (the one above in Kazakhstan by Alexandra Makhnina).
