More photos of the photogenic Eurasian Jay.
Photo (above) from Keith Wood showing a different "hairline".
On the peanut feeder again.
Jay-walking becomes jay-dancing as this Jay auditions,
dancing to a bemused Wood Pigeon.
The prize: a peanut placed especially for the Jay but near the intruding pigeon's feet.
The timid Jay usually has precedence on the coveted peanut feeder over both its fellow corvid, the Jackdaw, and over the Parakeets.
Jackdaw displaced by Jay on the peanuts.
The Jay also has precedence over the Parakeets.
