Sebright Chicken Breed Gallus gallus domesticus

The Silver Sebright bantam, a breed developed in England by Sir John Sebright, correspondent of Charles Darwin. It is a true bantam (not a miniature of another breed). The male has hen-like tail.

There are 2 varieties: Silver and Gold. They are non-aggressive and kept for ornamental purposes or production of their small white eggs. They are strong fliers.
